Highest card loses a chip. King is safe (always face-up). You can pass once or hold. The reveal is automatic after all seats have acted.
Ranking: Q(12) > J(11) > 10 > 9 > 8 > 7 > 6 > 5 > 4 > 3 > 2 > A(1). K is immune and auto-flips up.
Scoring: Each player starts with 3 chips. The highest card holder(s) lose 1 chip each round. A player with 0 chips is eliminated. Last player remaining wins.
Passing: One pass per round. You cannot pass if you hold a King or if your left neighbor holds a King.
All actions occur on the circular table. Chips animate to the center when lost. Game progress is saved locally. If all 4 Kings appear, we reshuffle next round. Runs on desktop and mobile browsers without needing the console.
